How to Make Soybean Milk Various Flavors




Tools and materials :
1. Soybeans 2,5 kg
2. Orange water 1 cup
3. Ginger water 1 cup
4. Sugar 1,5 kg (according to taste)
5. Red Sugar 0,25 kg
6. Coffee 1 pcs
7. The taste of food
8. Mineral Water
9. Pandan leaves
10. The basin
11. Blender
12. Furing cloth (filter)



How to make soybean milk :

1. Prepare all tools and materials.










2. Soak the soya with hot water for 10-16 hours, and can be added with a little baking soda to clean and peel faster.



3. After finish the process of soaking, then drain the soybean and then the soybean blender with a little water mixed.
   

4. Separate (strain) the soybean dregs with the juice of the soybean by using furing cloth. Do it so on until it's done.

5. Boil raw soy milk until boiling. With a time of 10-10-10, 15-15, 30 minutes.

6. Give the taste flavor according to taste while being boiled.

  • Mocha

  • Ginger

  • Coffe

  • Orange

7. Then soybean milk flavor ready to serve.
